1.This company product implements the national related three guarantees stipulation, provides the free maintenance, the replacement and the return service for the product which conforms to the guarantee condition.
2.We calculate whether the product is within the warranty period according to the valid serial number of the product, according to the company's delivery date or mileage
3.Warranty 1 year or 10000 km from the date of delivery, whichever comes first.1 month warranty on consumables and related parts.
4.Within 30 days from the date of receiving the product, the product quality problems, once confirmed, we promise free return or replacement, all costs borne by the manufacturer.
5.If there is any quality problem within the warranty period, our company promises to maintain it free of charge once it is confirmed (the manufacturer shall bear the return freight within 3 months of delivery, the customer shall bear the return freight after 3 months, and the manufacturer shall bear the delivery freight).
6.For finished products, if there is any quality problem, the customer does not need to send them back, but can repair them in the local bicycle repair shop, and the company will bear the corresponding repair costs.
7.To exceed the warranty period of the fault products, our company to provide paid maintenance services.
8.During the warranty period, the following conditions do not belong to the scope of free maintenance, please pay attention to items below:

3)The products are unloaded and maintained by non-authorized personnel of our company;

1.Due to the particularity of the industry, this product is a customized product. Before shipment, customers need to provide complete parameters before normal shipment.If the delivery is unable or delayed due to the customer's failure to provide complete parameters for personal reasons, the company shall not undertake the complaints and refund compensation caused by "failure to deliver the goods within the agreed time" and "out of stock".
